What's included in the price? What if my flight is delayed? When do I get my driver's details? Everything you need to know about your VIP transfer.

What exactly is included in the price?

Everything: bridge, highway and tunnel tolls, meet & greet with a name board at the airport, 60 minutes of free waiting time, bottled water, Wi-Fi and taxes. The amount you see at booking is the final amount — no night surcharges or luggage fees, ever.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You don't need to do anything. If you shared your flight number at booking, we track your flight live and your driver adjusts to the new landing time. There is no extra charge for delays.

When do I receive my driver's details?

Once your booking is confirmed and again before your ride, we send your driver's name, phone number, vehicle model and plate via WhatsApp and email. You always know exactly who is picking you up.

How does the airport meet & greet work?

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a digital board with your name on it, helps with your luggage and walks you to the vehicle parked at the closest possible point. No searching, no waiting.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your ride are completely free. Date changes are just as flexible — a single WhatsApp message is enough.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. During booking you can add an age-appropriate child seat (€5) or booster seat (€10) from the extras section; your vehicle arrives with the seat already fitted.

Is there a surcharge for night transfers?

No. Our prices are identical at every hour of the day; there are no night, weekend or public holiday surcharges. That's precisely what our fixed price guarantee means.

How do I pay?

No upfront payment is taken for your booking request. Once confirmed, payment options (cash or card in the vehicle, etc.) are clarified in your confirmation message and via WhatsApp.

Is there a round-trip discount?

Yes. Add your return leg to the same booking and a 10% discount is applied automatically to the total — shown as its own line in the price summary.

What is the passenger and luggage capacity?

The VIP Vito carries 6 passengers and 6 medium suitcases; the VIP Sprinter takes 14 passengers and 14 suitcases. Ultra VIP models may seat slightly fewer due to the upgraded interiors — the booking screen always shows exact capacity.
