How is the current quote formed?
A quote is calculated from the pickup and drop-off addresses you select, route distance, vehicle class, and any applicable toll-road, bridge, or ferry lines. The total is shown in the summary before payment.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number and a reachable contact detail to the reservation. If plans change, contact operations as soon as possible; availability is reassessed against the reservation details.
When do I receive my driver's details?
Once your booking is confirmed and again before your ride, we send your driver's name, phone number, vehicle model and plate via WhatsApp and email. You always know exactly who is picking you up.
How is an airport meeting planned?
Add the flight and terminal to the reservation. The exact meeting point and driver contact details are supplied with the booking confirmation.
How do cancellations or changes work?
Cancellation and change conditions follow the agreement text accepted at payment. Send your request to operations with the transfer code.
Can I request a child seat?
Add the child-seat requirement to your booking notes. Availability, seat type, and any applicable charge are confirmed before the booking is approved.
How do I get a quote for a night transfer?
For a late-night transfer, select origin and destination through Google to create a live quote. Route and vehicle details are evaluated with the active tariff and applicable route charges.
How do I pay?
No upfront payment is taken for your booking request. Once confirmed, payment options (cash or card in the vehicle, etc.) are clarified in your confirmation message and via WhatsApp.
How is a round trip calculated?
When return details are added, each direction's route and vehicle information is evaluated separately in the quote summary. Any applicable commercial condition is shown clearly in the total.
What is the passenger and luggage capacity?
The VIP Vito carries 6 passengers and 6 medium suitcases; the VIP Sprinter takes 14 passengers and 14 suitcases. Ultra VIP models may seat slightly fewer due to the upgraded interiors — the booking screen always shows exact capacity.
